Sorry about the wait ahead of you, Maria4str8. I can't speak to that, as I've just started my journey, but as I understand it, it's a big part of having had thyroid cancer: You will always have to hope it doesn't come back, since they often can't tell for sure if they've killed it off with one dose of RAI. It is a bummer.

My lab work shows the normal range of TSH levels is 0.34 - 5.6 uIU/ml. I’m curious what other people’s TSH target or goal is.
What’s your target TSH level?
I will meet with my endocrinologist on Monday to find out my target level. But I just got my first post-surgery test results back: 1.22 - a result I am happy with, as it falls somewhere in the middle of my past few pre-surgery test results. Thank you for starting this thread, kmarshall, since now I have an idea of what my doctor might suggest as a target. I've had levels as high as 1.9 and as low as .2 without feeling off or anything, so I think (hope) it'll all be good.
And for comparison's sake, my lab' standards for a normal TSH level are 0.10-5.50 uIU/mL.
